What people are saying about Brussels
If someone chooses to visit Brussels for the first time, Atomium - the iconic silhouette of this capital of Europe will be my primary suggestion for them. It was absolutely a great adventure to challenge yourself from many steps and escalators. Above and on top of all, you will have a big change to admire the whole city from the top. However, there still exists one drawback. That is to say, photographs taken at the entrance will be taken with money (not for free at all) and I do not favour for that, haha. If everything is included in only one ticket, it should have been a perfect trip ever for me in this lovely country. In short, 4 stars is my final rate for this ride.
The Atomium is a must see in Brussels. One: it is considered a national monument and the exhibits inside are definitely worth the price of admission. Prepurchasing my ticket was a breeze - there was absolutely no wait in line for tickets at the door! (NOTE: We went first thing in the morning when the Atomium opened. That was a very good decision!)
It was an interesting place to visit. More to be seen inside than meets the eye outside. Reading about the history attached to the building was fascinating. A great place to take kids to.
while the line getting into the Antomium was long it moved smoothly and was not a hassle. Allow approx 2 hours to get into the building. The views were spectacular and worth the wait.
