Experience

Highlights
  • Experience the best miniature park in Europe
  • Discover Europe's greatest monuments all in one place
  • Learn about the history of the European Union
Full description
Discover Europe's most popular attractions at the best miniature park on the continent. All of the monuments have been recreated down to the smallest detail: Big Ben is 4 meters high and, with a height of 13 meters, the Eiffel tower projects above a 3-story building! The attractions have been recreated at a scale of 1 to 25.

You’ll be amazed at the eruption of Vesuvius and the fall of the Berlin wall, and you’ll watch the launch of Ariane V and marvel at many other working models. Both young and old will enjoy spending a couple of hours exploring Mini-Europe.

There’s also a fascinating and interactive Spirit of Europe exhibit that takes you through the history of the European Union, its place in the world, why it is necessary, and its challenges for every citizen of Europe.

A catalogue brimming with interesting anecdotes is included with the purchase of an adult ticket.

It was so cool to see the miniature European buildings/ monuments/ features (and there was a lot of them I wasn’t familiar with), and there’s signs and a guide so you know what each one is They even had miniature vehicles, figures, cars etc for most of them (and they often moved) so that added another cutte dimension to it Our main problem was that on the day we went (Monday the 9th of December 2019), it was absolutely pouring rain so it wasn’t too good trying to look at the buildings etc while we were getting soaked (and my guide book basically got disintegrated) Overall though, it was a great experience that I’d happily go to again (preferably in dry weather!)

Nice to experience Europe so quickly

We were there 20 years ago and it has a nice recognition value. The small things to be discovered are always remarkable, as is the topicality (e.g. Brexit and the human chain in the Eastern Bloc). The new EU countries are somewhat more objective, but there is scope for expansion.
