Full description
This tour was especially designed for those bike lovers, who want to experience the city riding on a bike. Have the chance to glide along some of the capital’s main highlights as you learn about its history, urban art movement as well as diving into local culture and more. Depending on your interests, you will be taken to different locations making this tour highly personal and flexible.

Starting with a hotel pick-up, you will be driven to the meeting point where you will choose your bike and meet your friendly local English-speaking guide. Your guide will ask you some questions about your likes and interests, this way he will know which will be the most interesting places for you. You will begin by riding through the city center, and you will roam through the vivid and enchanting neighborhood of La Candelaria. Then, you will keep on riding until you reach the Plaza de Bolivar. This square is the historical epicenter of the city. Here you will hear more about the square’s history.

Next, you will ride through the Séptima Avenue which is one of the main avenues in Bogotá, but from the Plaza de Bolivar to the 26th street it’s only accessible for pedestrians and cyclists. Also test your skills at Tejo, the Colombian native sport. After this, stop at Parque Nacional to try a refreshing salpicón prepared with a mix of tropical fruits. Continue the tour by going to Teusaquillo, a neighborhood that was considered one of the most modern and elegant neighborhoods in the 1930’s. Its architecture is very different from the rest of the city. Finally, you will make a coffee stop at a local roaster. Learn about how the coffee is made and try different coffees prepared by a specialized barista.
