What people are saying about Bogotá
Viviana was the best guide. The tour was a lot of fun. Bogota’s Graffiti was incredible. I would recommend anyone with an interest in art and culture to take this tour. Ask for Viviana she was the sweetest person and a lot of fun to be around.
Guides were excellent and kept group highly engaged. The stops were great, food was good, the whole tour was a lot of fun. Recommend doing it early in stay and on Sunday when sections of city are closed off to cars allowing bikes to ride in streets where cars normally run. All 9 of our group loved the tour.
Not highly religious but the engineering and artwork was fascinating. The many gift shops at the end are a bit overkill. I would move them above ground as so many detract from the overall experience. The artwork is beautiful and the walk is as easygoing as you want to make it. Worth the price.
The tour was excellent... the fruit market was a great surprise. We could see local things which helps to really know what Bogota culture is about. Mike (tour guide) and Luis Carlos were really good, helping at all moment.
There were about 15 cyclists in our group. The tour took approximately 4 hours and was taken at a pace everyone could cope with. The route was mostly flat but there were a few gentle inclines. The tour guide was very informative. He proved the group with information on the history of Columbia and Bogota as capital. He provided us with information on each of the historical buildings we passed. He also provided information on Columbia's recent history and the social problems which still exist in the country / city. We spent a fair amount of time in the old historic part of the city but ventured out to neighbourhoods in the north, south and west of the city. We visited a market and had an opportunity to taste some local fruit and drinks. A very good tour and a good way to find your way around a new city.
