It worked perfectly. Staff at information desk was aware how it is supposed to be done and gave the right info what to do and where to go. There was a long line at the cashier but during the booked timeframe I could just walk through, pick-up the Audio-guide and enter the museum. The museum is great with really stunning pieces of art.

One of the best museums we've ever visited. Because of flights we didn't get there until the afternoon and were worried we wouldn't have time to see everything so we moved quickly through the museum, which took us three hours but we'd happily have spent much more time there. We were enthralled by everything. Very well presented .

A lot of fascinating things - too much to see everything in one visit

Amazing array of objects. Some interesting short films too. Very striking space - part-restored but with evidence of Berlin’s history shown by the battering the building has taken. There is a cafe but it’s dark and not that welcoming - somewhere to get a drink at least. Not an over-friendly atmosphere as those on duty pace around you very obviously as you’re looking. Pleased to see the bust of Nefertiti. Hadn’t realised the Schliemann gold from Troy is not there (tho they display copies) - though other more ordinary things from those excavations are.
