These were the two activities we booked on line with your BUT there is an overcharge from your company on my credit card of EUR 209.72 which I expect you to reimburse please without delay. thanks in advance

Rides very well, timing is not!
It is very good that the bus and boat tour are available as a package. The tour with the green buses is - like in other cities - well laid out, shows many sights and the handling, or entry "on and off" at different stops works as usual. In contrast, the tour with the ships may not be sold under the name hop-on-hop-off. There is no coordination at all in terms of time, you cannot change from one "color" (line) to the other - it is not moored at the same stops, and when a ship is gone, the waiting time for the next one is much too long. Please simply sell the boat trips as "A round trip in a ship" - then you will save future guests a lot of trouble and wasted time.
