Full description
Meet your expert, local guide directly at the Sagrada Familia, who will be waiting at the meeting point with a white umbrella. Head inside the monument and enjoy fast track entry to avoid the long lines of eager tourists. After a short security screening, it’s time to be amazed by this world-famous building.

The first stop of the tour is the fascinating Nativity Facade followed by the Passion Facade. As you explore, admire the breathtaking interior of the basilica and marvel at the incredible craftsmanship of the building. From your guide, learn about the incredible history of the Sagrada Familia, along with its stories and anecdotes that date back to 1882 when construction first began.

At the end of the walking tour, enjoy some free time to wander through the onsite museum where you can learn about the life of architect Antoni Gaudí. Gaudí took on the role of chief architect of the Sagrada Familia in 1883, and transformed it with his unique architectural and engineering style. He dedicated the rest of his life to the building until he was sadly hit and killed by a tram in 1926, when less than a quarter of the building was complete. He is buried in the crypt beneath the Sagrada Familia, and the building is due to be completed in 2026 which coincides with the centenary of his death.
