Full description
Enjoy a guided tour through Casa Rocamora, the residence of collector and art promoter Manuel Rocamora. Born in Barcelona in 1892 to a bourgeois family, Rocamora became a writer, painter, musician, collector and patron. Notably, he founded a collection of historical clothing that grew to approximately 5,000 pieces which he donated to the city of Barcelona, becoming the textile museum. Manuel Rocamora also collected ceramics, painting and sculpture from the 19th and 20th century.

These collections and more can be found in his residence, located in the upper district of Barcelona. See more than 20 collections, 5,000 volumes on literature and art, an art gallery, as well as Rocamora’s collection of 18th and 19th century furniture. Come and discover the treasures that this multi-talented and curious man collected in his home!
