Full description
On this official Segway tour, visit some of the iconic streets of the city. The tours are always private so you will be given full attention with an expert guide dedicated exclusively to you and your companions. The tour will start at the meeting point: Arc de Triomf. Then, you will go down by Ribes Street, which is located in the Eixample district of Barcelona. From here, head to the North Station to Plaza de Toros of Barcelona, also known as La Monumental, a building with a characteristic exterior design. At this point, you will cross the Diagonal Avenue of Barcelona till you get to Sicilia and Provenza Street, a place to catch the view of some characteristic buildings of the city until you come across with the La Sagrada Familia, a basilica designed by the architect Antoni Gaudí, which began its construction in 1882 and still continues on. Once you have seen and talked about the Basilica of La Sagrada Familia, you will head towards Gaudí Avenue which has been named in such a way as the La Sagrada Familia joins with the Hospital de San Pablo, which was also designed by Gaudí.

After seeing Hospital of San Pablo, you will go down Gaudí Avenue and Provenza until you arrive at Paseo San Juan, a characteristic place of Barcelona, wide open with benches to enjoy the day and the city. This place used to border the Ciudadela until the fortress disappeared. From the Paseo San Juan, head to Ciudadela Park, a park that has now become a place to enjoy and relax. In the neighborhood of La Ribera, it is located in the triangle between Franca Station, Arc de Triomphe and Villa Olímpica. A wonderful 'hidden place' in the middle of the city, it was once the wall and fortress of Barcelona. Once inside the park, you will be able to visit the Castle of the Three Dragons (now a museum of geology and zoology), a church, a school and a greenhouse.

You will also find the Parliament of Catalonia, the Desconsuelo Monument, the Barcelona Zoo, equestrian monument to General Prim, the Monumental Cascade built by Josep Fontseré and helped by Antoni Gaudí, Mamut, the lake and the statue to the Catalan volunteers until you arrive to Picasso Avenue with a monument in honor of Picasso. Also in Barrio del Borne, there will be a cultural space with free access exhibiting the ruins of the La Ribera neighborhood in a restored market from the 19th century (Mercado del Borne). Finally, end the tour arriving at Arc de Triomf. Soak up the history of Barcelona in about 2-hours on this tour.
