Great all in one pass into all the major attractions of London!!!

Easy and convenient to not have to buy tickets but just scan the pass to get in :-). Great value for money if you do a lot of things and go to a lot of attractions in the period of time that you purchase the pass for. We went on Easter Weekend so there were a lot of lines everywhere which took an hour to get into anything so we made a tiny bit less use of the pass. But it still worked out to be better value than buying it all individually. And helped us simply tick the major attractions off our list for London and made us feel like we really saw the important things in London with the pass! Only thing is that we had to go collect our physical passes from a place near Leicester Square in the morning so that also ate up a chunk of time and cost just getting there. So prepare for that chunk of time to pick it up instead of going straight to your first activity. It would be great if they could email a voucher or the passes to us instead.

Very interesting and enjoyable but the bus was hard to find.

We had some issues finding the bus in the bus station. You’d think it would be easy with Jack The Ripper plastered on the side but it was hard to see with all other buses around. There were no directions or signage in the bus station to tell you which dock to go to. By the time we found it the bus was driving out of the station. The bus driver was kind enough to let us on when we approached it at a pedestrian crossing as it was leaving. Our guide was clearly very interested and well educated on the topic of Jack the Ripper. He was very friendly, approachable and engaging throughout the evening. He made the whole tour very enjoyable. We were all very disappointed to find the Sherlock Holmes pub closed by the time we arrived but that seemed to have nothing to do with the tour. According to signage the pub itself was closed to the public and only available for private events. The tour should take this into account for the future.

Fun Time learning about a Gruesome set of Murders

How do you make the topic of Murder fun? Trust me our guide did just that. I will be honest, this is not a tour for the small kiddos. She was graphic about what took place in her telling of the events. But my 15 year old daughter enjoyed it. This was a great way tour for those that are hard core fans or just have the pop culture knowledge of Jack the Ripper. The open bus was a great way to get a look at some of London's top sites. There is a good part of walking. The bus does not have bathrooms, so plan ahead. One of the best things we did in London by far. Tour ends near the Sherlock Holmes Pub. Good for a quick drink after. Other nearby restaurants are open for a late night dinner. Our tour guide did point us in the right direction. The meeting spot of the tour is in an inner court of the bus station. It took me a bit to noodle that one. Read the confirmation info. It is clear.

Excellent Tour of All Historical Settings

What an excellent tour, which included all the Ripper murder sites and some Sherlock Holmes locations as well. Adrian the tour guide was amazingly knowledgeable about Jack the Ripper and his victims. He provided additional personal insights and parallels based on his knowledge of modern London, and the Yorkshire Ripper. It was easy to imagine the conditions and the hardships suffered by "the unfortunates" in East London at that time, thanks to the historical context provided by Adrian. Also I should mention the safe, skilled driving by our driver of the vintage double-decker bus! Thank you!

Very convenient and cheaper than buying all the standalone tickets

We bought the London Pass for 2 days on a 4 days trip so we could bunch up all the attractions that were included in it. Still wish they had the London Eye or The Shard in the list. Great for skipping the lines at Westminster Abbey. Pro tip: if you go to Shakespeare's Globe, go in the morning because usually in the afternoon there are live plays and you cannot get the tour. The book they give you doesn't say this.
