Discover how this very tasty and juicy dish is cooked in a special way.

Day 2
Depart from your hotel at 9:30 AM and take a trip to Azgranata to see how pomegranate wine is produced. Then, head over to Fish Lavangi, a local restaurant in Ismayilli. See how Azerbaijani lavangi is mostly prepared in the traditional tandoor ceramic oven. Visit the Shato Monolit Winery & Guesthouse for a guided tour through the vineyards and winery where you can watch the production and storage process in one of the largest wine cellars of Azerbaijan. For dinner, enjoy a Chabiant Wine tasting with kebabs, a traditional dish of Eastern and Caucasian cuisine.

Day 3
The next day after breakfast, set off for Savalan at 9 AM for a wine tour. Stop for lunch in a local restaurant where you can try 3 Bajis or vegetable dolma made with eggplants, tomatoes, and sweet pepper or dolma with grape leaves depending on the season. Next, visit the first Azerbaijani winemaking factory in Ganja, the Goygol Wine Factory, which has a 150-year history. Find out about how the winery was established in 1860 by Schwab’s Germans, who back then inhabited present-day Yelenendorf in Goygol.
