We had a great private tour (we were the only one) with Irini our amazing guide (sorry if I misspelled the name!). This was a great way to find new places and learn more about the Greek cuisine. This is not our first time to Greece and we already know the food, but Irini showed us new places and gave us a locals perspective. Walking down the street wity her, she is constantly greeted by everyone and you can tell she knows the area well. We ended up coming back to some of the places we visited with her and got to buy a lot of good local products like sausage, spices and coffee. We definitely recommend!

Sooo fantastic! Dimitris was so personable and passionate. We got so many samples it was fantastic to be able to compare so many different wines with more than just a sip! Also the snacks were SOO GOOOD. The only think I wish we asked for was to move up to the 3rd floor balcony for the wine tasting to enjoy the view of the Acropolis, instead we stayed on the street level which was still interesting.

The tour with Anna was absolutely great. It was really nicely structured and of course very delicious :) Anna knows a lot about food and traditions of the area. So, it was very informative as well. I'll certainly return with my friends to repeat this experience, once this corona pandemic is over. One piece of advice to those, who plan to do this tour: do come hungry! :)))

Do not eat beforehand! We spent an amazing (but hot) afternoon with Anna guiding us through central Athens visiting local vendors. Key point: broad range of delicious food - all from from specialist regions or authentic manufacturing processes! There's time to sit and enjoy some tapas dishes at the end to feel like a local.

Ana was a wonderful guide. Arrived exactly on time and was very friendly. Tasted a great array of: yoghurt/honey, cheese, cured meats, olives, coffee, and walked around fresh produce markets. The highlights were the piping hot cheese/filo pastry pie and the lovely meze lunch at the end :)
