Once we met the driver, he was great! The van was cool and comfortable and the driver was very professional. We had trouble meeting up - there were two ways to go off the ferry and we picked the wrong way and had a long walk back to the van. We did not see the driver and we did not get any instructions from the supplier (like come off the ferry and go the the right and your driver will be waiting with a sign). I would suggest could provide a bit more information before hand.
Guide was right outside the exit gate after I collected my luggage. My name was clearly visible in capitals on a big Ipad. Smiling and English speaking lass then led me to the van where the driver took my luggage and loaded it inside. Mine was the only booking so didn’t have to wait for other passengers to arrive thus we left within minutes of my arrival. Driver was a charming fellow with excellent English. Really pleasant experience and great value.
Thanks for offering your service! We booked a taxi during our journey through Milan, Rome, Athens, and Santorini and the taxi and the driver at each city was exceptional! Our vacation would not have been the same because we were worry free since we knew we would be greeted and guided at each location by profesional private drivers and mercedes autos! Great deal for the price!
Great service,with extra assistance! My flight was delayed,but no problem for GYG! They vhanhe my pick-up time right away and waited for me,even if it was the last shuttle and i was few more minutes late. I get help,comfort,nice conversation during the trip,even some tips regarding my stay in Athens,from the courteous driver. Many thanks,highly recommended!
Excellent, excellent, excellent. Know the city of Athens and surrounding area very well. Had a very pleasant and informative trip from the airport to hotel. Will definitely use again if opportunity arises.
