Beautiful sunrise, friendly tour guide, and three amazing temples.

Our tour guide, Noy, and driver, Mr. Bun, were right on time to pick us up and swiftly got us into Angkor Wat. During the trip to a sunrise viewing spot, Noy enthusiastically talked with us about the history of Angkor Wat. We were the first to reach the more popular viewing spot: right in front of a large pond facing the temple. As the sun got closer to rising, more people showed up, but our spot got us the best, least obscured view. Once we finished watching the sunrise, Noy gave us a tour of Angkor Wat and helped us take several nice and fun pictures. We also toured two other large temples, including one used to film the recent Laura Croft movie. Throughout, Noy was very friendly and happy to tell us about everything we saw. Mr. Bun also made sure we were well hydrated and kept cool with extra water bottles and wet towels whenever we returned to the car. My sister and I were the only ones on this tour, and we really enjoyed it!

Great tour, great organisation, great guide!!

Our guide Noy was super nice, told us all about the history of the Angkor temples but also about Cambodian history and culture, and the site restoration. He answered all our questions and was very clear! The staff was also really nice and kept giving us water and fresh scented towels throughout the day. The program is focused on the three most famous temples (Angkor Wat, Bayon, Ta Prohm) but it is enough for one day as it takes about 1 to 1,5 hours to see each temple (even longer for Angkor Wat). I would definitely recommend the tour if you only have one day to visit the Angkor temples, or as a first day to discover the main temples, and go more independantly with a tuk tuk or bikes the other days. For lunch they to us to a really good restaurant, but a bit more expensive than what you find in town (about $10 for main + drink)

Great day out and impressive tour guide.

We really enjoyed this tour, we were collected from our accommodation promptly and dropped back after the tour which was really handy. Lign from Journey Cambodia and his driver were really hospitable and made sure we were looked after. The minivan had great aircon which we really appreciated after touring the temples in the scorching sun! We were provided with plenty of cold water and wipes throughout the day too. We visited the three main temples of Bayon, Ta Prohm and Angkor Wat and Mr. Lign was an excellent guide, he really knew his stuff and provided us with great facts about each temple. He also knew the best times to visit each place before it got too busy which was great! Would definitely recommend booking with Lign on this tour as its the best way to get around the complex and he was a lovely guide.

Intelligent guide and interesting tour on full-day of sightseeing

Our guide Sam was very interesting and spoke great English, which he used to explain some background to the temples as well as the more modern and tragic history of Cambodia. The sites were great, and the bus was comfortable with cool water and towels which were needed. Wearing a skirt or shorts that just about reach your knees is fine for both sexes, jeans are a bad idea as there is a fair bit of walking involved. Comfortable shoes also highly recommended as the trails are dusty and rocky in some temples.

Amazing! & Phi was a wealth of knowledge.

The views were breath-taking, just amazing! Our guide Phi was absolutely fabulous. He knew everything & happily told us all of it. He timed things throughout the day to avoid excess people. Great doing it all in 2 days. I would highly recommend.
