What people are saying about Amsterdam

A good way to see the windmills on a limited time table

Ferry from Central Station which is free to D'am, book in at the tourist information then Board the bus. Excellent tour guide and driver, both very informative. Half an hour or so arri e at the destination, first to the clog demonstration, then the cheese shop with demo. Both free then to one of the working windmills producing a small quantity of peanut oil, demonstration and tour €4.50. Nice to buy a pure orange juice on the walk back. €2.50. Timd to walk around the various other museums/shops etc. Maybe a little over priced. But a nice thing to do whilst in Amsterdam.

Experience and know more about Holland in 3 hrs

The tour organised in a nice way. No pressure for solo travellers. Experienced tour guide explained everything clearly. She let us know my EE about Holland. Her voice is very good. You won’t feel annoying even she has to repeat the same content in : languages.

Our guide, Gerda, was extremely knowledgeable and excellent.

Gerda was terrific and a wealth of knowledge. The Hague and Delft were amazing and it wa so shame to not have more time in both places. The Royal Delft tour was great. Thoroughly recommend this trip if you have limited time as I did.

well worth the time and money for this tour

What a wonderful collection of experiences, from beautiful countryside views to incredible windmills and the history that is associated with them. The wooden shoe makers was great as well as the cheese tasting. Glad went.

Sufficient background info is key to be in context.

Sufficient was the background information given by the tour guide not only about the Zaanse Schans area but also about the city of Amsterdam and the country of Netherlands in general to be in context during the tour.
