Highly recommended - however organizational problems

Both activities are a must - but despite two requests in writing, we could not be told exactly where and how we could exchange our vouchers for tickets, so we only got an entry time without a queue for the following day. Service was very friendly. Tip for successors: the exchange is on the Museum Square at the Reich Museum (!), Kiosk "Tours & Tickets"

The bus is badly organized, no real timetables, in rainy weather you can't see anything from the bus.
