We enjoyed this canel night time cruise and would haven given it 5 stars if a little more thought had been put into seating customers at the tables as we had to go right up the back right next to the bar or not sit together, so trying to take photos and videos with a bright light behind you was not ideal, then customers were told the smoking area is through the door to the rear of the boat so where we were sat being non smokers and of course no one closed the door or the staff make sure it was closed either we we got the smoke fumes coming back into the rear bar area all over us which due to passive smoke should not have been allowed to happen as the tour company have a duty of care to all on board that boat. My suggestion would be to ask every customer as they board do you smoke and those that do direct them to the rear of the boat and start filling up forwards, and those that don't start filling from the front that way they would meet in the middle Simple but effective

The evening cruise was a perfect way to discover Amsterdam and learn about the history. The boat was lovely and the tour was very well organised, the staff were brilliant and the tour was informative and fun. Really enjoyed every minute of it and have recommended to friends and family. Will definitely book again when we return

Nice canal cruise with friendly staff, in well maintained boat following a good scenic route. The cruise start and finish times were kept punctually. we missed our booked departure (traffic in Amsterdam downtown), however we called them about 10-15 min earlier and they were flexible to rebook us on the next cruise of 21:00. Recommended business for your next cruise in Amsterdam, especially if you combine with prior visit to Rieksmuseum and or Van Gogh museum.
