What people are saying about Albaicin

Communication was very easy. Pick up time was prompt. Roman, our guide, was amazing! He was extremely nice, considerate, and very knowledgeable. He was also able to switch between English and Spanish very naturally. He gave us a history lesson of the surrounding areas during the bus ride to and from Granada as well. The tour guide at the Alhambra was someone else and he too was very knowledgeable and a good tour guide. I wish we had a little bit more free time in both Granada and the Alhambra but with time restraints it’s totally understandable. I would definitely recommend this tour to others as well!

it was a busy but well organised day. We had a good guide at the Alhambra - Henrique. The tour around the Alhambra was very rushed - there was a lot to see but it did feel a little rushed and although I enjoyed wandering around Granada itself, I think I would have preferred to spend longer at the Alhambra and maybe have a few breaks, stop for lunch/coffee and have time to pause and enjoy it more. It felt a bit like being on a conveyer belt, but we always knew there was a lot to see in one day !

My guide was engaging and had a passion for the contributions of the Arab culture in southern Spain. I loved that she presented in both English and Spanish so I could practice my listening skills! The whole trip was lovely, but the Muslim palace really was breathtaking and I am very grateful that it has been restored so we can enjoy it’s beauty. The limitation of the number of people per hour was very much appreciated so we were not crowded in the palace.

Great guides in Petra and especially Mario/Emilio (sorry forgot his name) However, pick up was very confused - 3 texts and two emails over two days and pick up was 1 hour 15 mins late, although a random text at 2am did advise of the actual pick up time, but it was too random to rely on. Beware, as some lost sleep may be coming your way! Drop off involved a transfer to a private car for spurious reasons.

Long day but worth it. Alhambra is amazing. Our guide in Alhambra (Antonio) was very knowledgeable. That tour was in Spanish and English. Albacin is the old Andalucian part of Granada, with an awesome view of the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada. Roman, our guide from Seville, was patient, friendly and very accomodating. Overall a great experience.
