Later, visit the home of a local Berber family and enjoy a delicious traditional lunch. Feast on a delicious tagine or a savory couscous served with homemade bread and fresh salad. After lunch, head to Amizmiz Valley, where you’ll enjoy a fresh mint tea and tasty cookies. Get a glimpse of local life, learn about traditions and culture while sipping Moroccan tea together with your guide and a local family. What made this trip EXCEPTIONAL was the attention to detail and quality of character displayed by our facilitators Nassim and Salah. Nassim made an effort to find common ground with our group (4 total) and conquered our interest through his storytelling, curiosity and genuine nature. Throughout the day he was keen on sharing knowledge and answered each and every one of our questions about life in Imlil, and Morocco in general. Nassim is a gifted guide- he made made me feel like part of his extended family. Salah our driver was an EXPLORER. Beyond driving he ensured that every car ride was an epic adventure. We learned and sang traditional Berber music, We danced in our seats, chanted out the windows, and even recorded a music video while stopping at the cash machine. The excursion is great, yet our guides were EVEN BETTER. NASSIM & SALAH. Explore the Atlas Mountains alongside these guides will be the greatest gift you will experience in Marrakech.

We had an amazing experience with Salah as driver and Nassim as guide. The places we visited, from the waterfalls to the mountain trails, from the villages to the camel ride, are breathtaking and Nassim is truly knowledgeable. He is able to alternate historic facts with traditional anecdotes thus giving to the audience a privileged access to this fascinating cultural world. Both Nassim and Salah were able to create a great brotherhood-like atmosphere among the participants making every second of the experience special. We cannot recommend this activity highly enough and are really grateful to the organizers for having gifted us with a wonderful day.

The trip was very nice especially the guide Mohamed who was very helpful and friendly and make the atmosphere so comfortable, relaxing , funny with his jokes and at the mean time provide us with interesting and important information. My family really enjoy it and recommend everyone who want to feel the spirit and see the other side and maybe the real life of the berbers.
