This may have been mentioned previously, but your initial pickup may not be the company you have booked with. In my case it was Gray Line, but I was picked up from a local hotel by a different company and then taken to the nearby bus station. Once there they tell you which bay to wait by, depending on which tour you have booked. They called it organised chaos but everything worked out perfectly. Onto the tour itself. It was perfect and just what I need for a short stay in Adelaide. The tour guide was very informative and took us all around the city. I was dropped by Elder Park for the popeye river cruise, which was nice. I decided to jump out near the Adelaide Zoo and walked back towards the original starting point (20min slow walk). It was a nice walk along the river and fortunately I came across a nice riverside cafe, which was a perfect point to grab a coffee and some food. They also serve alcohol, as well as more substantial meals. The place was called Lounders Boatshed Cafe.

The tour was worthwhile and the driver was quite informative.

The only disappointment was that there was confusion about where to board the bus. On my print out it stated I was being picked up at my hotel then I received a phone call to find out I needed to walk to Oaks Horizons. Luckily it was not far but I had kept the bus waiting which I did not like doing.
