Full description
Day 1: Adelaide to Grampians National Park

After departing Adelaide, you will travel through the Adelaide hills towards the Grampians National Park. This is one of Victoria’s most popular holiday destinations and is an area rich in Aboriginal culture, set in a beautiful and rugged ancient landscape. You will embark on a walk through the national park, taking in some of the breathtaking views at Boroka and Reed’s Lookout. You will then make your way to Mackenzie Falls (or Silverband Falls) where you will hike to view these stunning falls. At day's end, you will stay overnight in the Grampians, in the township of Halls Gap.

Day 2: Great Ocean Road to Melbourne

On your second day, wake up to the sight of kangaroos! Following breakfast, you will depart the Grampians and travel towards the 12 Apostles. Once there you will begin your journey along the beautiful Great Ocean Road, visiting the amazing 12 Apostles, before heading to admire Loch Ard Gorge, where you will learn all about the history of this famous shipwreck spot.

Next, you will stop off at the stunning Great Otway National Park, enjoying a guided walk through this ancient rainforest whilst admiring some of the world’s tallest trees. Pass through Apollo Bay and enjoy the scenic Great Ocean Road, carved from the cliff tops of the South West and with stunning views of the famous coastline. A short stop also allows you to do some koala spotting, as you listen to the abundant bird life. You will finally pass through Torquay and the famous Bells Beach surf spot, before arriving in Melbourne.
