Unfortunately despite booking well in advance our booking was not located with Cruise Whitsundays. They didn't seem too overly concerned and did the booking there and then. Also when though we had made enquiries prior to booking regarding infants there was no where on our booking to place a booking for an infant so didn't . Upon arriving cat cruise Whitsundays who the cruise is with they said it was crucial for all passengers to be booked. Whilst this mud-communication seems to be a common issue (see other reviews) it did not affect our trip. We were disappointed to not be able to see the islands during our trip to Hamilton (cruise Whitsundays employers taking up window seating) so we were seated in a row at the front of lower deck Hamilton island is beautiful and relaxing. We did mini golf and hired a buggy for 2 hours (two as there were six of us). On our return boat trip we could not find any Seats and a young lady employee git her colleagues to move so we could all sit together.

Everything great

Everything went great. However, you should be on site at the Check Inn early. The time on Hamilton Island passed very quickly. The small "golf cars" are highly recommended to discover the island. The rental for this, however, is not found at the port, but has to be a short walk (uphill, downhill, straight ahead and then left)

Great activity if you wish to have assistance in changing the booking without dramas. Average price similar to the one you would pay buying your own ferry tickets and lunch. Pools and shuttle buses are free anyway for all visitors of Hamilton Island.
