What people are saying about Wellington

Our party of 3 enjoyed every minute of the trip. The orientation talk by the guide was first class and gave us plenty of information about which birds to look out for and where to find them , and how to distinguish them by their songs. We didn't make it to the very top as it was very hot and we were not walking as quickly as some of the younger hikers, but we had awesome views along the tracks and opportunities for photos. We were lucky with a glorious day and those who swam before catching the boat home , were delighted with the clear blue water and the number of fish they were able to see, without special equipment. We had time to chat with fellow travellers too. Altogether a splendid day!

Very informative talk at the beginning and I enjoyed the guided tour to learn more about the island and its wildlife. There was plenty of time for a walk to the trig point as well. My guide Robert was really knowledgeable and friendly, even coming to find me when a takehe appeared!

If you are a Lord Of A Rings fan, this tour is for you! It’s not quite the spectacular backdrops of the South Island but I found it really interesting learning about the making off the movies. The tour guide was very knowledgeable!

Awesome Wineries! Poppies were amazing! John was really nice and great with driving us and giving us a tour of Martinborough Wineries. Highly recommended!

Very pleasant crossing from Wellington to Picton. We enjoyed the views and the staff were very polite. Checking our baggage went quie smoothly as well.
