1st we were not told there is free parking on Sundays. So instead we parked where you said we should & paid $20 2nd the ear buds didn't work & there was zero commentary. It was never announced where we were when we stopped. We had to rely on our maps & other people on the bus. We were not told when the next bus was arriving either or when the last bus back to Union station was 3rd & most upsetting. We took the water taxi to national harbor, which was fabulous. We got to the bus stop at approximately 4:45 & were picked up shortly after. Once it was 5pm, the bus pulled over & told us to get off. It was the end of the day. We asked how are we supposed to get back to Union station & he said either Uber, taxi or the train, but that was too confusing to explain. So we then took a taxi back to Union station for $12. We paid an extra $32 we didn't need to spend & were abandoned on the side of the road in a city we didn't know
