What people are saying about Warner Bros. Studio London
Overall this was a good deal and worth it. It was low hassle. The pick-up location isn't super practical and there seemed to be only one option. They had two coaches so if you get there a little early maybe you could be in the first group to go. Mobile tickets worked great. In any case, we were in the second one so went 10 or 15 mins later. The only real complaint I had was that they don't tell you they stop to pick up others at a hotel on the way. As it's in London it added a full 30 mins to the trip. And it was only a couple people so it was annoying... why didn't they also need to meet at the same place we did? Once underway it went quite quickly. Wifi in the coach was occasionally spotty but on most of the time. The studio tour itself is outstanding. They allowed about 30 minutes more than what I wanted for everyone to be back (4.5 hours). But OK... and return was smooth. We got off at that first stop on the return. Would do it again - overall well organized and smooth. Thanks!
Very very good! We loved every bit of it! Only thing not so good was the time. We felt like er had to hurry up all day. Left us with no time at all in the shop. That is bad for business guys! Kids got stressed finding things to take back home. Being able to book your preferd terurntrip might be an idea.
We arrived one hour early for the coach transfer as I misunderstood the booking and thought the Warner Brothers part of the tour started at the booked time. It may have been my fault but it could be made clearer on the tickets.
Our guide really made the experience with her enthusiasm and knowledge. A few audio issues but nothing to detract from the experience
Only problem was that we could have used double the time. A wonderful, well organised trip to be recommended!
