Beautiful places, great hotels but a little disorganized

The places visited were beautiful and the hotels chosen were also great. We had a problem with the bus but it was fixed in time. The negative points: - the bus didn't have daily cleaning - we didn't have enough time in some places (ex: 20 minutes in Jasper) and the reasons were not explained. - schedules and activities could be better explained and the guide could be equally concerned with the entire group. She often did not give the necessary guidance and some people who did not have fluent English were very lost. - I should explain that if the person chooses not to compare the optional tours, he loses a lot (in time and activity because most of the time he has to wait without doing anything) I don't regret it because the places visited were beautiful, but if I had any other company selling the script, I would try another one. Many points of failure for the amount charged.
