Full description
After a short introduction to the local partner's organic farm, vegetable garden, and sustainable production systems, you'll move inside where your work stations will be assigned. Everything necessary will be explained to you so you're well-equipped to cook together, following the instructions. Following the seasonality of the ingredients and ensuring that they are of high quality is the basis of the cooking philosophy here. The lessons are dynamic. As well as to cooking together, you will taste the food, paired with selected wines.

You will be cooking:

• Appetizers
• Two types of fresh pasta (Pappardelle, Gnocchi or Ravioli)
• Two sauces (for the two kinds of pasta prepared)
• Dessert (usually, the famous Tiramisù)

During the preparations, you'll enjoy the aperitif, paired with the first glass of wine. Later, sitting around a large table, you'll be able to enjoy the pasta that you made, once again paired with a different wine.

After this, you'll learn you how to prepare a second dish with one of the noblest of Tuscan ingredients: Chianina beef.

The class will end sitting relaxed on an amazing terrace (depending on the weather), enjoying the desert and the gorgeous view.
  • Notebook, pencil, apron, and all the necessary kitchen tools (to be returned after the lesson)
  • Recipes of all the dishes prepared (to be sent by email)
  • For those who will give permission, pictures of participants and lesson (to be sent by email)
