Thanks to the guide Igor and bus driver Tiho our tour from Split to Plitvice lakes went perfectly fine. Tiho is driving very carefully, and he was always joking with us during the stops. Igor showed us everything in the park and it was very easy to follow him and not get lost. He was informing us about missing stairs and other moments when we should be careful. The restaurant was worth visiting because the food was really good and for the reasonable price. And for me personally it was very good that there is an option to change the pick up (and return) point so the guide met me at my hotel and on my way back I was delivered to the hotel also.
Was an early pick-up but definitely worth it. The day was well planned. Our guide, Silvio was amazing - I liked that he shared his knowledge about the lakes and the park with us. Our driver, Milo ( I might have gotten that wrong; my apologies!) was also wonderful. They both made sure we were having a good time and we were comfortable; even at the restaurant. The tour bus, I want to note was much more comfortable than I expected. One of the best tours I took when I was in Croatia.
Absolutely fantastic day, our guide Ernest was superb and made this a real highlight of our holiday. He shared his incredible knowledge of Croatia and Croatian history with us, but also his life and experience as a local, which was a real privilege. Thank you Ernest! The parks are beautiful, the tour is well paced and the car is very comfortable. Highly recommended.
Child friendly and was very fun on the speedboat! We had enough time to explore the islands and enjoyed the Blue Lagoon. Only downfall is I wish we were prewarned about how rocky one part of the Blue Lagoon was... we would have been better prepared..e.g swimming shoes.
Everything on this excursion is very good, thrilling speedboat ride, relaxing stop offs.. the blue lagoon is paradise, (just watch out for those sea urchins)! I recommend entering the water from the boat to avoid urchins in the rocks near the shore
