When I booked this tour in April it was because I couldn't find a hop-on-hop-off tour in Toulouse. I thought that a stay-on-the-bus tour would be better than no tour at all. When we arrived in Toulouse, we found that this company now runs ho-ho tours, for E16 per person, and that is what we did. However, you charged us E52 for 2 tickets, and didn't advise us that this was now the ho-ho tour. Very unimpressed with your money-making mark-up prices. You also told us we would need to show our passports, so I had to carry them around all day. Will not be recommending you.
Silvanna was awesome. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about Toulouse, the city she lives in and loves. Walking around Toulouse with her was a rewarding and entertaining experience. She knew a lot, answered our questions, suggested a wonderful place for lunch afterwards. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to get to know the city better. Our only regret was that we didn’t have more time to explore some of the things she pointed out on the tour as we left the city afterwards. Thank you Silvanna!!
The bike tour was the highlight of our stay in Toulouse. Loved every moment of it, thanks to John our tour guide. Not only was he informative but also very kind and funny. Could have spent the whole day on our bikes with him. At the end of the tour he went out of his way, to give us helpful hints and tips of what to go visit and where to find the best restaurants and bars. Would definitely recommend this to anybody wanting to learn more about Toulouse, and to have a fun and very enjoyable experience to remember forever!!
This was an absolutely great fun, very interesting and amazing value for money guided tour of Toulouse. We were spoiled by having two charming and most knowledgeable guides, John (American) and Yannick (French), both anglophone and francophone. The electric bikes were brand new, really comfortable and so easy to ride. John took us to many different parts of the city and mesmerized us with historical facts and folklore. A most memorable 3 hours!
The electric bikes make this tour so much easier than traditional bikes and are really easy to use. The guide, Yannick, speaks excellent English and has a brilliant grasp of the history and geography of the city. He illustrates his talk with old photographs. I haven’t ridden a bike for years, and am certainly not young, but this tour is one I would do again.
