Popular Individual Transfers in Thua Thien-Hue

Courteous driver, decent car, took us on this 200km trip from Hoi An to Hué. Happy to stop where we wanted to along the way and found a good fish restaurant for lunch. Only reason for rating 4 instead of 5 was because the driver spoke no English. However, where we needed to communicate he rang he rang his office who translated for us. The office made a courtesy call at the start of the journey which was a nice touch. This is a great way to transfer between the two towns at reasonable cost.

The transfer was well worth the money for the chance to go over the pass and not having to deal with luggage to and from transport hubs. The driver was flexible and very good with what we wanted to do although his lack of english made communication very difficult at times. We stopped for photos at several places including the top of the pass and also visited the Cham Museum, which was well worth the stop. All up good value for money.

It was really hot when we were transferring from Hoi An to Hue so we chose to go by private car. It was the right choice because we were able to do the trip at our own pace. Our driver Choung was excellent. He had very good English and brought us to The Marble Mountain, China Beach, The Hai Van Pass and Lang Co Beach for lunch. There are other stops available but these were the ones we wanted to see. Good experience and good value.

Superbly organised tour with hotel pick up and numerous stops along the way by the driver. He gave us insight into every place we stopped and ensured we had loads of time to wander through all the amazing sites. when travelling with luggage this is the best way to see the Hai Van Pass in all its beauty. Would highly recommend.
