Full description
Discover Tenerife with all your senses and explore the northern part of the island. After being picked up at your hotel in the south, drive across the highway to the north east of the island and into the greenest and most pristine area of Tenerife.

After arriving at the magical forests of Mercedes, feel, see, smell and hear the surrounding nature on a short walk (about 1 hour).

Then visit the Museum of Anaga, where you will get a clear idea of the origins of this area.

Continue to La Laguna, the former capital of Tenerife. Since 1999, the city has UNESCO World Heritage status and will charm you with its beautiful old town, where you will also visit the farmers' market. Enjoy a true feast for the senses as you take in the colors and the freshness of the products offered. Armed with a carefully prepared shopping list, you will be tasked with finding the necessary ingredients for mojo sauce, typical of the Canary Islands.

The next destination is the old Bodega Álvaro, a rustic but very stylish wine bar. And now it's your turn: divided into small groups, create your own mojo sauce with the previously purchased ingredients, which you will then enjoy together with small tapas served by the bodega.
