Fantastic tour of Tallawoladah, otherwise known as The Rocks. Our guide Vickie was very knowledgeable and gave us a great overview of post-colonial Sydney history, with interesting Rocks stories about the place and its people. If you can handle walking up and down slopes and stairs, and love history, you will enjoy this walking tour. The pace was good, with plenty of rests in between stops. We were lucky to have clear skies in winter, too. We will return to some of the places again. There are stories around every corner. A brief acknowledgement to the traditional owners, the local indigenous people, was mentioned, which was respectful.

A very relaxed and informative walking tour

Brian, our guide was a wealth of knowledge and made you very welcome from the get go, you felt like a long lost rellie. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour with easy walking, not being rushed and just the right amount of history info so as not to overwhelm you. Highly recommended.

Excellent!

Very interesting and informative. Guide Alex was the Oracle of everything and was so kind and friendly, too! If you're all about hardcore history . . this is the talk for you . . easy walk, not strenuous or difficult, very interesting if you want to KNOW history rather than walking straight past it and never really realising what was right in front of you. I booked this ticket online, in the middle of the night with only hours to spare until the walk . . too easy . zero dramas at all. Easy to find offices on the day. Very friendly company - from the Boss to the Guides . . 100% helpful and friendly service.
