Full description
Travel over the Sydney Harbour Bridge on the way to the Hunter Valley to spend the morning in the opulent surrounds of Leogate Estate as you taste their award-winning varietals with views of the Brokenback Ranges.

Visit Hunter Valley Resort where you’ll walk amongst the vines and learn about the wine making process and enjoy a delicious lunch prepared using local produce from the valley paired with wine. Also have the chance to purchase a beer tasting paddle that includes 5 beers from the onsite brewery!

After lunch visit award-winning McGuigans Winery where you will take part in an exclusive private group tasting and visit the cellar door where you can purchase a bottle or two to take home.

Finish the day at Roche Estate where you will have free time to explore the local shops offering Australian cheeses with gourmet delights, coffee, gelato, craft beer and cellar doors.

• Smoked salmon salad on a pickled ginger, bean shoot and snow pea tendril salad with sticky ginger dressing
• Panko crumbed chicken breast with slaw, beer battered chips and thousand island dressing
• Fish and chips with beer-battered chips and green salad
