We had Paul as our guide and all I can say is what a passionate man you have for his field of work! He kept my Granddaughter and I captivated with his wealth of knowledge, interesting stories and his great sense of humour. I have lived a long time and been to many tours and have never enjoyed a tour as much and more important my Granddaughter bubbled over with enthusiasm when recounting the event. WOULD YOU PLEASE THANK PAUL FOR US...

The visit is very interesting and allows privileged access.

I liked a lot overall, it was a bit long at the start, but the entry behind the scenes allowed access as close to the animals. I was with a French speaking 8 year old child, and she loved being able to pet animals like the echidna or the bilby.

We took the gold tour and it was worth it, we saw behind the scenes and heard from keepers who are passionate about their work. Our guide Holly was knowledgeable and so friendly and you can feel the love for her job and the animals she cares for.
