Full description
Discover some of the most beautiful fjord landscapes in all of Norway. Take a front-row seat and experience the incredible nature in this region while cruising the length of Lofoten by catamaran. Experience everything the archipelago of Lofoten has to offer, from wildlife and aquaculture to local villages and towering mountains.

Set sail from Svolvær at 9:00 AM and stop at Henningsvær, Balstad, Nusfjord, Reine, and Å throughout the journey. Sail along all of Lofoten in one day or hop off at the various stops and discover some of the hidden gems of the region. Between admiring the breathtaking surroundings, your knowledgeable English-speaking guide and host will give you an introduction to the local history and culture of Lofoten. Watch some short documentaries and presentations which provide more information about the region, wildlife, and local culture. The crew onboard will also provide you with plenty of suggestions for various activities you can enjoy at each stop.

In Henningsvær, you can take a beautiful kayaking tour around the harbor of Henningsvær and around the surrounding small islands. For a dose of culture, stop by KaviarFactory and Galleri Lofoten to view both contemporary art and paintings dating back to the turn of the last century. Or, enjoy the "Full Steam" experience, with storytelling from the Viking age to the mid-1900s. In Ballstad you can do some snorkeling or diving and discover immense kelp forests, sea urchins, starfish, and crabs. For fishing enthusiasts, spearfishing in Ballstad is also a popular activity.

In Nusfjord you can hike through the beautiful Nusfjord Arctic Resort nestled amongst a group of towering mountains. Watersports are also available in the area. In Reine, you can hike along the most popular scenic route in the Lofoten Islands, the Reinebringen. Enjoy fantastic views of the fishing villages of Reine, Sakrisøy, and Hamnøy. Finally, discover the southernmost village of Lotofen at Å. Visit the charming village bakery which dates back more than a century, and is famous for its cinnamon buns.

The return journey takes place each afternoon at 5:30 PM, so you can jump back on the boat on the same day, or next day if you prefer.
