What people are saying about Stazione Termini
Not happy about the way we have to wait for the next bus; obviously our bus was not “broken” as we were told, because we were able to get on the bus at 8:50am but waited on the bus for more customers to show up from other shops or something~ We didn’t leave until 9:30, plus the traffic; it took us 2 hours to get into Rome Termini station instead of 1 hour as advertised. This is not good if I had a tighter schedule then I will be in big trouble.
We arrived at the port at about 8:30 am for our 9:00 am trip. Since this was our first time at the port, it was a little confusing trying to locate the bus stop. Finally, one of your representatives showed up and was able to point us in the right direction. It may be helpful to have one of your representatives there earlier along with all the other ride services that try to get passengers attention.
Traveled on Royal Caribbean which the actual Port was over an hour and 20 minutes to hour and a half from Broome in the shuttle was a great way to get over to Rome got there and back timely
Easy, cheap and comfortable way to get from Civitavecchia port to down town Rome. A little difficult to find out where the bus stop were, but by asking a couple of people, we made it.
Only issue was that they had changed where the bus was caught and we don’t speak Italian so had trouble finding the stop.
