The guests will have a choice of tasting dalmatian snacks which include typical Dalmatian food such as prosciutto, cheese and olives. The unique ambiance of the 1,700 year old Diocletian's palace and the excellent selection of wines and local foods, make this an unforgettable experience for those who enjoy good food and beverages.

Peka is one of the most famous local dishes in Dalmatia, especially in the countryside. The preparation of Peka takes place in a special area usually situated on the ground floor of the house or a barn. Meat and vegetables are prepared in a pot or a tray and put into the cinder of a fireplace. It takes some time to prepare it, but it is worth the wait as the ingredients will have melted together to create a small paradise for the palate! You have the option to choose between two kinds of meat: octopus Peka and veal Peka.
