Really excellent tour from a very friendly and informative guide. The group size was a little on the large size (20+) which wasn't ideal on a very busy day at the site, but the guide did really well and was excellent value for money. The only down side was we missed the towers tour due to rain. Not the company's fault and their response to my refund request was prompt, friendly and mega efficient so thank you.
It was the easiest app to use. I was able to guarantee a tour with my family of 13 easily. The meeting location was easily mapped out for us as well as easy to get to. The tour guide was phenomenal. We had an excellent tour of the Sagrada Familita. Our guide Marta was very informative without getting dwelling on the details. Marta gave us plenty of time to explore on our own. She was more than willing to answer any and all question. She walked us through the line to go up the tower. Excellent tour and a great guide.
Our tour guide Marc was very good! And due to the weather even more people were trying to get inside. So he led us and handled to crowd well, it was just disappointing they closed the tower (Marc himself was surprised). Refund came quickly once I notified the tour operators.
This was a sight worth seeing. I choose the guided tour where you had the access to the tower. There is a lift up the tower, but you have to walk back down using the steps. This is not so good if you are elderly or have trouble with steps.
