What people are saying about Rome

Great collection of art and inventions of Da Vinci, great audio guide

Good collection of examples of Da Vinci's inventions ranging from flying machines, to weapons and models for physics. These are well explained with the free audio guide and written information by each display. Some of the displays are interactive as well. The highlight was the collection of Da Vinci's art, again featuring detailed explanation with the audio guide explaining how his technique differed from other artists. All round excellent value, a decent gift shop and staff were helpful and had a good sense of humour

A fun, different take on viewing the magnificent artwork in Rome.

We had a very enjoyable tour of the various Bernini statues and locations mentioned in the Angels and Demons book. Our tour began with a rain, lightening and thunder which just added to the mood. Our guide Demitri was very entertaining and extremely knowledgable about all the locations and the artwork. He was able to add a lot more to the tour than just being confined to the content of the book, many of the back stories were fascinating. Would definitely recommend this tour.

Nice twist on a run-of-the-mill sightseeing

We enjoyed exploring Rome through the eyes of Robert Landon! Couple remarks though: - as one the questions requires entering Pantheon, it would be nice to add under "Know before you go" section the time of last entry (7:15pm) for the late explorers - some parts of St. Peters Square was off-limits to the public due to the preparation for easter ceremonies, I guess. So one of the cues wasn't accessible. Still we had a very good time! Thank you Alex!

What a fantastic way to end our 4 day trip to Rome!!

We loved this activity as it took us to parts of Rome that we had not been to and would have missed. Neither my husband nor I realised that we were movie geeks as much as we are while we took this unique tour through Rome. Each one of us playing for the spot of Langdon while we looked for clues and ways to reach each site. I would highly recommend this as part of a unique way of seeing Rome.

Awesome tour, great guide, well recommended

An awesome tour from A-Z: lots of interesting facts and background information about the story in/of book but also the roman history around it added with nice, funny gossip and everything you need for a good time. Fortunately we were a group of only 7 people which was perfect... thanks Angela!
