Know before you go
• The Rome Pass is not a group product; groups larger than 9 people may be refused entry to attractions
• The redemption desk is closed on 15 August, 01 November, and 08, 25, and 26 December
• Your skip-the-line entry time for the Sistine Chapel, Vatican Museums, and St Peter’s Basilica must be pre-booked when you collect your Omnia Pass from the redemption center
• Reservations to the Colosseum are mandatory. You can pre-book after collecting your passes: online or via call centre (additional cost of €2), or in person at the Colosseum ticket office (only on the same day, subject to availability, free of charge)
• Contact details for these reservations will be displayed on the voucher
• Visitors who go to the access point without the Roma Pass, can't access the monument, even if they have made their reservation

Helpful staff, especially at the Colosseo. The ticket office staff the more boring, no questions asked. Annoyed when we asked about the entrance to St. Peter's Church, where there was no reference at all to the entrance without a queue, even though it was next to the large entrance through the pillar hall.

The cards are practical. Bus travel with hopp-on hopp-of and regular bus is no problem. Stops for Omnia buses are unfortunately not signposted. Organizing the admission times for the sights and specifying the meeting points are not well organized. Where to queue at which line - skip the line - was not to be seen. Since there are several Rome card providers, perhaps more emphasis should be placed on recognition.

I would have liked to rate Good and not Very Good because of Hip Hop transport (Double-decker bus where the stops are not indicated in the city whereas for the other buses (Big Bus, City Seeing ....), they In addition, the person on the bus indicates the stops in Italian so when you get on the first time, you really don't know! On the bus, could stop Stop 15, Stop 6, Stop 12 .... so we report on where you are!
