What people are saying about Rome

Great - 2nd group to enter the Sistine Chapel

As expected, got to enter the Sistine Chapel early. The initial group during the check-in is quite big and everyone will be split into smaller groups. Make sure to be one of the first few people in the line so you get into the first group. Tour was fast - our guide Marco explained as much as he could during the walk to the Sistine Chapel. After the Sistine Chapel, I suggest you stick around and follow another tour group to the St Peter's basilica by turning right instead of left to exit. You will have to wait a while but it's worth it having to skip the entrance line to the basilica. No tour of the entire Vatican museum so if that's what you're interested in, this is not for you.

Simone is a born tour leader and impressed us with his knowledge.

Simone is a sincere person who express passion for his job. He impressed us with his wide field of knowledge about Rome and not only the street food, which was also exemplary. We enjoyed his company and he made us feel at home righg from the start of the tour. He gave us so much more insight into the development of Rome that the food part almost seemed as a bonus. We would definately recommend your company and specifically him to all our contacts. He is a valuable asset to your business and will be fondly remembered. Regards Fanie du Toit

This is the way to visit the Sistine Chapel

We were the first people into the Sistine Chapel on the day we visited. Within 15 minutes it was busy, but by then we'd had time to soak it up without the crowd. We were leaving St Peter's Basilica before 10am to wander round other parts of Rome, passing long queues waiting to go in. This is not an easy option and it's not cheap, but it is well worth doing.

Fun lively informative way to spend an evening in Rome!

My husband & I took the Street Food tour with Simone as our guide and thoroughly enjoyed it! Simone was very enthusiastic, engaging & knowledgeable. We learnt a great deal about Roman history as well as the history of street food in Rome. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for something different to do in this beautiful city.

Insightful and tasty introduction to Rome

My wife and I joined a trip led by Simone for a Saturday evening introduction to Roman street food. Simone was superbly informative and helpful. Pairing history tidbits with a good range of small bites. We certainly left the tour well fed!
