What people are saying about Rome

Great Tour but the service from the Tourisation Offices was poor

My friend and I had regrettably decided to purchase tickets for the attractions in Rome when we arrived in the city. We ended up choosing the Rome All Access tour for €85 per person as we had no other cheaper option available. The tour at Vatican City itself was great and our tour guide on Friday 12 July at 1:30pm was exceptional and I thoroughly enjoyed the day as well Thursday at the Colosseum. The only aspect we both would complain about is the service we received at both the Tourisation offices as we were never given the correct or full information we needed. On both occasions, the addresses we were given were not correct to find the ticket offices even though we asked the staff numerous times to confirm. On both days we were late for our selected tour slots due to being directed elsewhere on Google Maps with the address provided to us and giving ourselves about an hour to find the ticket office.

The pass gives you access to what its says it will give you

The pass gives you access to all the areas mentioned. Although the ticket for Forum Romanum and the Palatine hill is one area so the ticket does not give you something extra. The colosseum can be accessed at a fixed time slot so you will have to make a reservation when you pick up your ticket at the local office. The same can be said for the Vatican museum. You get a time slot for when you want to enter this area. Although the Vatican museum and the Sistine chapel are the same ticket. And if you go to the right in the Sistine chapel and not the left side where they want you to leave the hall. You can go straight into the Sint Pieters basilicas without showing your ticket. So make sure you plan the entrance of the Colosseum and the Vatican museum. And at none of the locations I got an audio tour so that was a bit disappointing.

Linda in Vatican & Massimo in Colosseum & city tour were brilliant!

Had a combined same day tour : with a beautiful, witty & fun Sicilian tour guide lady Linda (Cristina) at 8.30am in Vatican - the only one to visit Rafael Rooms as well & not crowded as usual; and with Massimo of Coliseum, Rome Forum, Paladine Hill, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon & Piazza Navona - both excellent , informative but also easy tours & guides! Highly recommended & cheaper & any other option. Quite intense to fit in one day but very doable, enough time in between for a lunch & getting to the other meeting point. Kids 8y.o. & 12y.o. survived & enjoyed!

The Roma Pass was our passport to two days of solid pleasure in Rome!

We visited the historic sites of Rome that we wanted to. Our experience was pure magic, the ancient history, often so spectacularly preserved! Rome is authentic and a special city. Even the shopping streets are special. This was an enriching and thoroughly enjoyable few days in our lives. The only problem was that it was way too short and absolute reason to return!

Good tour. Viviana our guide was very knowledgeable.

Good tours you skip all the lines. In the museam and chapel is busy but tbatvis to be expected. Our guide viviana was great. The worst thing about the tour was the other people in our group. Constantly complaining about how long it was and some were rude. It clearly states the tour goes for 3 hours. But it's was a good tour. It should not be missed
