What people are saying about Reykjavik

Fun and amazing experience with a friendly crew

I took my family of 10 on this fishing trip in early September. The father- daughter crew were so friendly and kind. They provided everything we needed, and are very accommodating. The smaller boat and trip size makes it feel much more personal. We had great weather which helps, but everyone combined caught about 12 keepers (cod, whiting, haddock). We headed back to the dock and had the fish cooked up right there for us on the boat. So fresh and tasted amazing, with a side of potatoes!

This is a fabulous three hour tour. And a delicious one!

We had a great time with Captain Snorri and his son. The trip started out cold and windy. And ended with our delicious catch, masterfully cooked by Snorri. Well worth the money. My family and I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful!! We highly recommend Snorri and Anna.

Highly recommend. Warm, fun, and knowledgeable hosts. Great, fast, and easy fishing. And, the fish we caught were superbly prepared by our hosts upon returning to the dock.

Breathtaking and educational experience.

We had an absolutely great time on this trip! Saw puffins, whales, gannets, and possible an albatross(?). Can't have imagined a better thing to do on a quick layover in Iceland (6 hours). Thanks!

Most enjoyable and successful fishing trip ever!

From start to finish this was the best day. There were only 9 of us fishing. We took a short ride to our first stop. The equipment was ready to go. We dropped our bait and within minutes we were catching cod and haddock. We all caught some there. While we were moving to our second stop the fish were filleted and ready to be cooked. More fish were caught at the second stop including a halibut and a wolfhead fish, both uncommon catches there. It was all very exciting. We had caught more than we needed so we returned to the dock. There a small stove appeared where the fish was cooked. We had a delicious meal of fish and potatoes. Some people took home a bag of fresh fillets. We will always remember the great time we had.
