A fantastic way to see great architecture and enjoy tea all at once

I was very happy with the tour as a whole. I got there early to be the first to pick a seat on the boat only to find out the seats had been pre assigned. That was quite disappointing but I noticed that everyone arriving was also surprised to have seats assigned. The view was great from everywhere and we were lucky not to have had others sat with us. I would recommend this tour but I would tell people not to wait the extra 30 minutes to pick a seat. Just get there 10 minutes before departure.

Great fun & not as scary until you turn or drop & there's a few lol!!

The event was good but your website should be changed as it says you can exchange mobile voucher for paper voucher at the ticket point & you book a time on app but when I got there they cannot accept mobile vouchers, it has to be a printed voucher and you have to phone and book your time with them so booking a time on the app does not in any way guarantee you a place. This will be tragic for busy days.

The organisation was faultless the staff polite helpful and boy did they work hard The afternoon tea was excellent and served quickly the tea and coffee was great and frequent top-ups very welcome All in all it was a most enjoyable experience and I would recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable outing I felt it was also very good value for the price

Lovely few hours with or without the afternoon tea.

This is the second time I have done this and I do feel for what you get for the money isn't always hitting the nail. The sandwiches j think most customer sruffle with ie half of ours were fish and I have never seen anywhere to select vegetarian no fish gluten free etc. Next time i would skip tea and just enjoy the cruise

Great experience, can strongly recommend

Superbe Organisation with allocated seats ( we were a party of 10), plenty of delicious food, and great tour along the sightseeing highlights of London in the comfort of a boat trip. Particularly good across different ages (our group from 5-85 years old).
