Full description
Take a private tour through Prague’s wine country with visits to two vineyards and a wine house. Learn about the wine-making process, Czechia’s wine culture and history, and try a variety of different local wines.

You will be picked up at your hotel by an English-speaking guide who is very knowledgeable in wine and the heritage of the region. Drive to the charming and trendy residential area of Prague, 15 minutes from the city center, to the first historical vineyard on your tour. Walk through the vineyard, take in the beautiful view, and enjoy a welcome drink to start your wine-exploring journey.

Continue to the next stop in Prague’s most well-known wine territory of Troja, also located in the city and just a 10-minute drive from the center. Stop on the hill overlooking the Troja valley, offering a unique view of the city. Again, take a walk through the vineyards with a winemaker and get an introduction to the Czech Republic’s wine world. See the different grape varieties grown to produce the country’s wine, and end up at the wine cellar, which is not open to the public, to learn about the wine-making process.

Finally, take a nice rest in a local wine house. Sit down either in the garden or a cozy room and enjoy tasting local wines — the best varietals from the Czech wine subregion and only available here due to limited production. Gain a better understanding and overview of wine making in the Bohemia region with your knowledgeable guide.

Spot one of the oldest vineyards in Prague on the drive back to the center of town. You may be dropped off at your hotel or any location in the city center.
