Prague: Štefánik Observatory Entry Ticket
- Explore the permanent exhibitions of the observatory and learn about astronomy
- Look through the observatory's telescope at the stars and more
Visit the observatory’s domes and telescopes. If the weather is good enough, take the chance to observe the sky above. During the day, look out for sunspots and solar flares through a chromospheric telescope.
At night, observation focuses on the Moon and the planets of the Solar System. It is also possible to look further afield, at selected stars, nebulas, star clusters, and galaxies. Ask questions to the observatory’s staff about the observatory or the universe.
