Discover the Břevnov monastery brewery and learn about its history, dating back to year 993. Visit the brewery museum, the historical cellars, and the current brewery facilities as you learn about traditional and modern brewing processes. At the end of the tour, taste the locally brewed beers which is both unfiltered and unpasteurized. In front of the brewery there is a small hop field, the brewery tour starts here with a few words about the history of brewing in the monastery. Your tour guide will then take you to the brewery museum where is the beer glass exhibition. Explore the historical cellar together next.  The visit continues in the current facilities of the brewery. There you will hear about the brewing process and taste one sample of the local unfiltered and unpasteurized beer from lager vessel.  After the tour, you can stop by the Monastic granary which is the brewery taproom with 7 kinds of local beers from the tap or check out the restaurant in the monastery where you can taste the local beer paired with typical Czech cuisine.
