We had bought a 48-hour ticket from in Belgium and had Prague validated. Received very good information at the counter, TOP. Very good bus drivers and good info, TOP Since we had driven a ticket several times, that was no problem, we took the red long line and the blue short line, TOP. Only the double decker bus was disappointing (poor condition to do the long ride)

We had a 24 hour pass. We enjoyed it but got too little use our of it in that time. We found that having to validate our voucher first at an office was not ideal and would've preferred doing that at bus stops, as we saw there are agents working there in any case. Being strange to the city, it was inconvenient and time-wasting to have to locate a place first. One of sockets for headphone wasn't working so had to share with husband.
