Full description
The Czech Republic has the highest beer consumption per capita in the world and the people have the traditions to back it up. In 850, there is evidence that hops were being grown in the Czech lands. The first recorded brewing was in 990 AD, by Bohemian monks, at the Břevnov Monastery near Prague Castle.

Now, you can explore and contribute to 1,500 years of continuous love of beer with a 1-5-hour Czech beer tasting experience. Sample beers from 3 major, mass-producing Czech breweries and 4 specialty beers from local Prague microbreweries and brew houses. Enjoy these beers and their pairing with Hermelín cheese–a Czech cheese that can be pickled, deep-fried, or grilled–and crackers. You will also learn about how to properly taste, evaluate, and savor beer.
