What people are saying about Porto

Surf lesson was great, organisation could have been better!

We arrived to find the shop had no record of our booking or payment, luckily we were able join the lesson. The staff were great and sized us up for wetsuits. Our instructor was great, he gave us a quick warm up & safety briefing then got us practising jumping up on the board before we went in the water. It was a mixed group (language, ages & ability) but he did really well to look after everyone (especially us beginners) and give one-on-one instruction and encouragement, holding the board steady and telling us when to paddle so we could get a feel for it and build up a bit of confidence before we had a go on our own. The waves were pretty big but he took us down to the sea wall where it was calmest. It's worth noting the lessons are run out of a retail unit so facilities are basic, there's a small communal changing area with one tiny private(ish!) cubicle with a curtain across. There is a cold shower to rinse off on the beach and access to a toilet block.

Unbelievably good! Highlight of our trip to Portugal.

This was by far the best tour I've ever been on. Our guide, Claudio, was wonderful - so much fun and full of information, laughter, and recommendations. All of the stops were beyond our expectations—the olive oil & wine producer was fantastic and has one of the most incredible views of the Duoro Valley, and the wine was beautiful. Lunch was excellent, also exceeded our expectations, and the river cruise was breathtaking. I would definitely come back and do this tour all over again! Thank you Claudio! - Go Team Wolf!

Still excellent to discover Porto in a different way

Thus was my third time on this tour, stille excellent, bur unfortunately the final lunch in Ribeira was cut out of the tour, because the typical restaurant didn't excist anymore. Now it was like a drinking tour in the morning. But still you visit great places you would never go to and our guide Isabel from Blue Dragon Tours was outstanding, very good. I would recommend this great tour to everyone, a must-do when in Porto.

Excellent tour, well organised, great experience and good tour guide

This was a great value and highly recommended tour. The scenery and the boat cruise were spectacular. The wine, olive oil and honey tasting very good, and meal was really lovely. The only thing I can think of to improve the experience would be for the driver/tour guide to have a microphone so that passengers in the rear of the van could hear the commentary. It was a big day out but very well paced.

Excellent tour, noting but praise for our guide Armelle

eableWhen learning something every 5 minutes is fun and relaxing your guide has a lot to do with it! Merci Armelle pour une excursion des plus agreables et enrichissantes. BRAVO
